As Digital Producer you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day updates of the HCF website, HCF app, and various microsites, as well as governing, and executing campaigns and website end to end user experience. You will work closely with the Digital Product team, brand and content teams, technology, as well as internal stakeholders across the business.
You'll be motivated to ensure the experience you're creating and publishing is focused on the needs of the users and aligns with customer experience strategies. You will have customer focused and data driven approach to provide an exceptional connected experience across HCF channels; and drive member acquisition, experience, and retention.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Producer to lead the day-to-day content updates and user experience delivery across HCF’s digital platforms, including our main website, app, and 250+ microsites. In this key role, you’ll work across departments and with external partners to bring seamless, data-driven digital experiences to life—improving engagement, acquisition, and retention of our members.
You’ll be a strategic thinker, a hands-on producer, and a champion for the customer, bringing together creativity, technical knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration.
