Retention Consultant – 9-month Fixed Term Contract


We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our Mobility Product teamas a Retention Consultant. In this pivotal role, you'll wield the power to enhance our members' experience and fortify lasting relationships.

As a Retention Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our members receive top-notch service. Every interaction is an opportunity to deepen connections and exceed expectations. You'll be instrumental in achieving performance goals while fuelling team success. This role will be Monday to Friay 9am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retain existing members through unpaid Assistance product renewal campaigns
  • Utilise customer focused, needs analysis discussions, actively focusing on reducing member cancellations by identifying products or solutions that address members’ issues or concerns
  • Effective communication with members to determine, understand and deliver on member needs
  • Provide an outstanding member service experience to proactively develop relationships with existing members
  • Create an honest, open and engaging environment where members feel comfortable in sharing
  • Look for opportunities to improve process and procedures aimed at delivering high quality service to members
  • Handle member complaints or enquiries and escalate when required
  • The contract is scheduled to conclude on December 20th, 2024

About you:

  • Proven sales experience in a customer focused retail or call centre environment
  • Team players who are committed, reliable and positive
  • Strong listening skills, an engaging communication style and proven ability to determine your customers’ needs
  • Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills, while working in a fast-paced, structured environment
  • Adaptable and accepting of change
