Finance and Administration Coordinator


We are currently seeking an experienced Finance and Administration Coordinator to provide administration, reporting, and financial coordination for our Assistance business. This pivotal role will directly support the General Manager Assistance Finance and Risk in managing to the key administrative processes within this division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administration support and assistance to the allocated portfolio of leaders across the division.
  • Process expenses and purchase orders through the Group ERP system.
  • Assist with end of month processes in line with the Group Finance timetable.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial ledgers and processes.
  • Support collaboration across the Assistance business and Group Finance.
  • Production, analysis and distribution of integrated Assistance reports and dashboards to identify trends and their potential impacts/significance.

About You

If you are a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and administration, we encourage you to apply.

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organising and prioritising skills to meet deadlines.
  • Previous EA/PA/administration experience or financial administration (AP/AR) highly desirable
