About the Role

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day updates of the HCF website, HCF app, and various microsites, as well as governing, and executing campaigns and website end to end user experience. You will be working closely with the Digital Product team, brand and content teams, technology, as well as internal stakeholders across the business.

This is a great opportunity to be a part of a hands on role with an evolving team and business. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the day to day HCF website content updates (including microsites, online member services, and app) using Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Jira and Confluence, as well as updates to the corporate Intranet.
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders (including the brand, content and marketing teams, and agency partners) to capture and understand requirements and objectives, create concept/wireframes for the HCF.com.au website, microsites, and HCF app, to build and deliver digital solutions for campaigns and projects.
  • Help create a seamless end-to-end website user experience that meets the core business objectives while providing users with the optimum experience in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and engagement.
  • Use data analytics, competitive analysis, customer feedback and collaborate with other members of the Digital Experience team to drive improvements on the end to end website experience
  • Work with teams to provide recommendations on internal processes and ways of working which will improve efficiencies and quality control for digital production schedule

About you:

  • You will have proven experience working with Content Management platforms (ideally Adobe Experience Manager). Experience with other Adobe products such as Analytics and Target is also desirable but not mandatory.
  • Have a solid understanding of mobile first experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a broader team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Flexible and ability to adapt quickly to different situations.
  • Ability to work effectively with key stakeholders with varying degrees of technical knowledge and digital best practice.
  • Understanding of responsive and adaptive design and accessibility
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS, CRO, or SEO experience is seen as desirable but not mandatory
