About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to help coordinate and deliver effective loyalty campaigns that align with business objectives and drive member engagement. You’ll be involved in journey design, campaign execution across multiple channels (eDM, SMS, owned and earned), audience segmentation, stakeholder engagement, and performance tracking.

You’ll work closely with teams across member journeys, marketing automation, media, and frontline services to ensure campaigns are timely, compliant, and impactful. This role also includes managing budgets, approvals, and vendor relationships, with a strong focus onoptimisationand continuous improvement.

About You
You have tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or Communications, and bring strong experience in campaign management and customer journey design. You’re confident managing multiple projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering results. You understand customer marketing fundamentals, have commercial awareness, and bring a flexible, agile mindset to your work.
