Join our dynamic Brand, Content & Partnerships team in the newly created role of Content Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Senior Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the evolution of our content strategy as well as driving the development and execution of content activity across HCF and partner channels, ensuring delivery against brand and business objectives.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a creative and strategic Content Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in planning, creating, and delivering content that strengthens HCF’s brand, supports member engagement, and drives acquisition and retention across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Content Marketing Manager to develop and deliver engaging, high-impact brand communications aligned to HCF Group’s brand and content strategies.
  • Develop and execute content strategies that align with marketing objectives and brand positioning.
  • Manage the end-to-end content creation process from ideation and briefing to editing and publishing across digital, social, video and email.
  • Act as a social media specialist, understanding best practice, latest trends and insights to inform approach.
  • Act as a guardian and advocate for the brand tone of voice for the HCF Group, driving content and communications that resonate with the brand voice and tell a cohesive and compelling brand story.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to produce high-quality, engaging content that supports campaigns and always-on initiatives.
  • Optimise content based on performance data and SEO best practices.
  • Ensure all content meets brand tone, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support content governance and contribute to content planning frameworks.

About You

  • Tertiary qualified and minimum 7 years’ experience in content marketing and editorial production, communications or similar digital content marketing role.
  • Excellent writing credentials and adept at storytelling with proven experience producing variety of content consistent with brand writing style and aligning to customer needs and objectives. Must be able to interact effectively and build strong relationships within the team and across all levels in the business
  • Experience producing content in a regulated environment with complex risk and approvals processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in owning and executing social media activity for brand awareness.
  • Proven ability to create and manage engaging content across multiple platforms.
  • Experience using CMS platforms, SEO tools, and content performance metrics.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

  • Understanding of the Australian health insurance landscape and effective relationships management within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Experience in using Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sprout Social, JIRA, Confluence and Excel.
