Job Description:

We have a hybrid Service desk/ Field services role based in the New South Wales public sector located in Sydney CBD, NSW.

Responsibilities:

Do you believe that you can?:

  • Provide high-quality desktop support to all types of users including at an executive level.
  • Support users face to face, Via telephone, and/or remote support tools.
  • Accurately manage and track business assets, requests, and incidents.
  • Prioritise new support requests and existing work orders.
  • Log incidents and service requests.
  • Allocate calls as appropriate.
  • Record and maintain accurate service details, time records and job notes.
  • Maintain awareness and active involvement in safety to prevent injuries to yourself, colleagues, and customers.
  • Work within the time limits as assigned for specific tasks.
  • Participate in project activity as required.

Knowledge and Skills:

All you need is to have appropriate tertiary qualification or relevant proven experience in:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience working in an ITIL environment.
  • Professional demeanour.
  • Basic hardware and operating system familiarity.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong Customer relationship building skills.
  • Good teamwork with peers and company personnel.
  • And be able to pass the Company’s background check requirements. (including but not limited to National Police Check)
