Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to the General Manager and the Leadership Team at our Geelong Refinery. You will liaise with key stakeholders of the business to co-ordinate meetings & forums, including preparation of correspondence, minutes, reports and presentations. You will be responsible for co-ordinating internal and external events and project managing activities on behalf of the Refinery Leadership Team.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have a record of accomplishment in providing confidential administrative support at GM / Executive team level. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and advanced use of the Microsoft Office Suite. You will need to be highly organised as you collaborate across multiple stakeholders. You will be comfortable to display initiative, prioritise and work independently on a diverse range of projects, thriving in an ever-changing environment. You will be confident interacting with stakeholders of all levels, be detail oriented, analytical and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and thinking on your feet.
