The Executive Assistant is a varied role that provides high level support to the MD of two business groups, our Global & Corporate team as well as our Human Capital team. What the day will look like

Your primary responsibility will be providing seamless, executive-level support to two senior executives leading our Global & Corporate and Human Capital teams. This opportunity will see you managing all the traditional secretarial EA duties and working with the broader Global & Corporate/Human Capital businesses to ensure business objectives are achieved efficiently.

  • Proactively manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating domestic and international travel, and handling expense reconciliation and ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • Monitor and triage incoming emails, respond to correspondence, prioritise urgent matters, and flag critical items for executive review.
  • Ensure the executives are fully briefed and equipped with all necessary documentation and context ahead of meetings.
  • Manage access to the executives with professionalism and discretion, balancing availability with focus time.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless collaboration.
  • Partner with Administrative Executives across Global & Corporate and Human Capital teams to manage workload peaks and deliver consistent support across business units.
  • Act as a conduit for information across the national Administrative Executive network, ensuring alignment and awareness of system updates and business changes.
  • Source relevant data and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting requirements and system processes.
  • Attend meetings to take minutes, track action items, and prepare agendas and materials in advance.
  • Coordinate internal strategy days and client events, including hybrid and interstate Town Hall meetings.

  • Previous administration experience in an Assistant or similar role supporting at the Executive level
  • Diary and email management
  • Travel arrangement
  • Responsive and ability to move quickly in fast paced environment
  • Technologically savvy – experience in using full Microsoft suite (including One Note and One Drive), video conferencing, etc.
  • Flexible working environment with commitment to support leader from the office as required
  • Experience in supporting someone in a market facing role – i.e. external stakeholder engagement.
