Team Leader - Administration


Essential Job Functions: • Assist in managing business process improvement projects to enhance customer and client experience. • Support the identification of process optimization opportunities. • Execute process enhancements under the guidance of senior team members. • Assist with project communication and reporting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. • Act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders. • Assist in resource allocation and project planning. • Learn and apply process optimization methodologies effectively. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role • Proven experience in business process services • Experience in business process analysis and recommendations • Proficiencies in process analysis and data-driven decision-making • A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications: • Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus • Relevant certifications (e.g., BPMN, Certified ScrumMaster) a plus
