SAP HXM Lead - Customer Services

With a growing number of support engagements being won by DXC, this is the perfect time to take the reins of this highly successful team. As the HXM Lead for Customer Services you will play a key role in which you are responsible for line management of a highly skilled, diverse and passionate team, growth of the solution line in terms of capability and capacity and the successful delivery of support engagements.

Experience Required:

  • Extensive experience in consulting environments and previous experience leading SAP HXM teams.
  • Strong experience in developing and managing high performing teams with the ability to lead, engage and inspire a team spread across multiple locations
  • Experience in leading the delivery of SAP or related support engagements to agreed outcomes, and the realisation of client business benefits
  • Previous experience supporting the scoping and solution for HXM CS bids and opportunities
  • Strong business acumen with a proven commercial mindset
  • An ability to work closely with and build strong work relationships with AE's, CDM's and Customers
  • Excellent communication skills
