Junior Change Coordinator

Your new role

We are seeking an Junior Change Coordinator to join our Canberra Defence Support Team. Our team supports various applications, including Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) applications, MS SharePoint, MS Dynamics, and Adobe products (AEM).

You will be part of a dynamic team conducting the day-to-day implementation of the change and release processes.

This role is based onsite in Canberra, ACT. There is also a rotating on-call roster.

Your skills and experience

  • A Self-motivated and driven to achieve deliverables and positive outcomes
  • Strong presentation, engagement, and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Team player who can work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision

Highly desirable experience:

  • ITIL V3 or V4 certification or understanding of ITIL processes
  • Understanding how change and release management processes integrate with the other ITIL processes
  • Understanding of Defence ITSM processes
  • Hands-on experience with the Service Manager or other service management tool

Due to the nature of the role, you hold a current Negative Vetting 1 (or higher) Australian Government security clearance.
