Senior Workplace Services Manager
In this role, you’ll lead Aon’s workplace services and team in NSW, driving service excellence and a strong client focus. You’ll guide the regional team in stakeholder engagement, champion continuous improvement through industry best practices, and ensure consistent implementation of standard procedures. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the leadership team with strategic transformation initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow into a national or subregional-level position—be part of an exciting journey as we grow and improve across the country and Pacific region.
