Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Associate Consultant specialising in reward and remuneration to join our Talent Solutions Business based in Sydney and Melbourne, Australia. This role is crucial in delivering strategic, data-driven insights and analysis to our clients, while also managing client renewals and providing expert advice.  Our goal is to work with you to advance your career as a Reward professional. Our team enjoy the opportunity to expand consulting skills and further develop rewards-based knowledge through on-the-job learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert guidance and high-quality, remuneration-data based solutions to enhance client experiences and foster long-term relationships.
  • Participate in regular market data review projects, taking ownership of the local data set for your client group.
  • Drive the annual renewal program for your client group.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to execute impactful projects that drive client success.
  • Utilise your specialized knowledge in remuneration data and analysis to optimise client engagement with Aon's Human Capital Analytics Platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field, or proven experience in compensation and benefits data.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis and remuneration data management, reflected by your advanced excel skills.
  • Experience in Financial services / Tech / Hard Hat sectors a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and value.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
