Client Executive – Financial Institutions/Professions (FI &P)

 

The FSG FI & P team is responsible for holistic client relationship management, including broking strategy and placement of financial lines business across the financial institutions and professions clients. 

As a Client Executive, you will be working closely with the Client Relationship Managers and the FSG team to learn about the delivery of financial lines insurance solutions and consulting services across this portfolio. The goal is to further advance Aon’s standing as the market-leader in the Professional & Financial Lines Insurance space.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon Brisbane offices.

What the day will look like

 

You will be responsible for:  

  • Managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experience
  • Designing appropriate servicing and risk management solutions
  • Identifying revenue enhancement opportunities within the designated portfolio
  • Continual business development within new and existing accounts to cross-sell the full spectrum of Aon services
  • Providing market insights and placement strategies to clients and colleagues
  • Managing essential interface with Client Service Support, Claims and Broking teams

  • A broking or underwriting background, ideally with exposure within financial lines
  • Experience managing your own client portfolio or ability to demonstrate your consultancy capabilities
  • A strong pro-active, resourceful and persistent approach to business development
  • First-class communication, report writing and presentation skills
  • An innovative and collaborative approach, with a team player attitude
  • Drive and passion to succeed and develop as an individual.
