Administration Support – Insurance Brokers  

Aon is looking for someone to join our Launceston team to assist in the delivery of best in class insurance and risk management solutions for mid-market clients.

Tasked with a variety of administration tasks pertaining to customer insurance policy renewals, you will work closely with our Insurance Brokers and have exposure to a broad client portfolio.

 

The Opportunity

You will provide insurance administration support to our Brokers, whilst providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

This role is key to the success of our team and ensuring client satisfaction.

Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Insurance policy renewal processing
  • Endorsements
  • Certificates of Currency
  • Claims management
  • Preparation of quotation & placement slips
  • Compiling reports
  • Preparing insurance correspondence
  • Updating and confirming client information
  • Communicating with insurers and clients via phone and email

We are looking for someone go can relate to the following:

  • Strong administration and customer service skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Insurance Industry or Financial Services experience (highly regarded)
