About The Role
Role Location: Sydney
Role Type: Permanent Role
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing one or multiple major projects/streams involving significant business value and risk implications for the ANZ Wealth Pensions & Investments business. This role will deliver business projects engaging with senior management level and business stakeholders to enable value delivery resolve technology/business issues, risks and dependencies, in line with business strategy and within defined accountabilities and constraints. The role may require line management of direct reports in certain circumstances.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Extensive experience in Project Management gained across a variety of project types plus other relevant industry experience in management roles
  • Strong wealth domain knowledge from a Banking or Financial Services background including business change experience
  • Prior experience managing projects employing agile methods in complex environments
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, commitment and contribution to building and motivating the Project team, ability to balance program/project, staff and personal needs
