CRM Marketing Specialist, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract - Digital Sales Experience Tribe
 
 
ANZ is transforming its approach to digital marketing, empowering a new breed of data-savvy marketers who want to be in control of their destiny. We are looking for a hands-on CRM-capable marketer to design and implement multi-channel prospect lifecycle and nurturing programs using leading platforms (Adobe, Google, Facebook, LinkedIn), and set the benchmark for transforming marketing across the business.
 
You will be hands-on in designing best-practice journeys and lifecycle management, authoring copy, working with agencies for creative development,  configuring campaigns and journeys in marketing automation and advertising platforms, tracking and measuring performance, and iteratively testing and learning along the way. You will work alongside capability teams to ensure dependencies are addressed, and liaise closely with product owners and other stakeholders to ensure proposition alignment, and consistency in style and tone of voice. You will also work on existing customer campaigns in an advisory and optimisation/alignment capacity, helping to fine-tune existing communications.
 
This is a role for a self-starter who can navigate their way through a complex business to test new approaches and challenge fixed mindsets. You have a captive audience of marketers who want to learn from your experience, and your natural collaboration and communication style will position you to grow as our resident expert.

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Experience in CRM, marketing automation and digital
  • Demonstrated experience in setting up complex multi-channel sales and nurture programs
  • Strong applied experience and expertise in marketing automation technology: Adobe \ SFMC \ Eloqua \ IBM, etc. (Adobe preferred)
  • Experience in digital analytics, personalisation and advertising platforms and techniques (Preferred: Adobe, Google, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Stakeholder management experience in a large corporate environment
  • Strong commercial literacy and business acumen with a passion for facts and figures
  • Experience delivering ambitious, innovative projects with clear examples of resolving ambiguity
  • Experience working with creative / media / communications agencies or contractors

 
Desired but not essential:

  • HTML and CSS knowledge (for email authoring)
  • Experience in financial services or a highly-regulated industry
