About The Role
Role Location: 347 Kent Street, Sydney
Role Type: Permanent role
 
Capacity planning tools are used across operations for managing workload requirements. As a Capacity Manager, you will have oversight of capacity planning activities, which includes support for the relevant tools, disciplines and practices utilized by the Pensions and Investments Operations team.
 
You will be responsible for driving the use of current capacity planning framework (i.e. implementation and maintenance). With a strong foundation in data and analytics, you will drive improvements through the provision of insights to guide decision making. A demonstrated experience in management, AOM principles and implementing scaled changes will be helpful, as the successful candidate will be contributing to discussions across different levels of organization. As a driver for positive change, you will contribute to the direction of capacity planning capabilities by applying necessary technical skills to facilitate required activities.
 
About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Strong data analysis training with demonstrated practical experience
  • Experience with change management
  • Experience with Activeops Methodology and Tools
  • Intermediate Excel Skills
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and/or leadership experience
  • Experienced communicator with strong exposure across different levels of organization
