About The Role
Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
Role Type: Full-time
 
As the Associate Director, Communications, you are to lead the development and delivery of integrated and authentic communications strategies and programs (incl. internal, external and digital) to support ANZ Institutional’s strategic agenda. This role will be focused on supporting communications needs of the Markets business within Institutional, as well as external communications for the Research team spanning media relations, social media and digital methods such as podcast.
 
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:  

  • Skills and experience in coaching and influencing senior stakeholders    
  • Build relationships in a collaborative manner, coaches and supports others
  • Ability to produce, consult and follow through on significant communications plans and strategies (incl. digital and social).
  • Commercial thinker, able to demonstrate in-depth customer insight and act on opportunities
  • Makes sound and timely decisions and demonstrates reliability and calmness in high-pressure situations         
  • Written communications reflects strong understanding of ANZ’s business and the market
