About the Role

Due to an internal move we are recruiting a Marketing Projects Manager to develop and implement our go to market strategies for our New Energy and Energy Markets portfolios.

This is a senior role within the New Energy Services Marketing team with a high profile across New Energy and Energy Markets business groups. It will suit someone who can develop and implement strategy, manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently and manage a diverse group of stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Head of Marketing and based at our head office in Bourke Street, Melbourne your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
  • Working with various internal business teams to identify and gather their go to market requirements
  • Develop and implement the go to market strategy to support the identified requirements
  • Managing projects through defined metrics, while building relevant reporting to enable ongoing process improvement
  • Managing project budgets and campaign resources to ensure that quality projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Working closely with campaign managers and other resources to facilitate project delivery
  • Identify any potential problems that may arise throughout the project lifecycle and come up with solutions to those problems
  • Provide clear direction to external agencies (incl. creative, digital and media) so that marketing activity is well understood to achieve agreed objectives and outcomes.

About You 

  • In order to be successful in this role you will be highly organised, engaging and proactive with the ability to manage people to deliver quality projects on time and within budget
  • You will also ideally have;
  • A minimum of 7 years' marketing experience ideally within a large complex highly regulated environment
  • Degree qualification in marketing, communication or related field
  • Experience working with a large, diverse group of stakeholders with strong influencing and negotiating skills
  • Experience managing people is desirable but not essential
  • Exposure to marketing new products and/or technologies (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • High attention to detail, excellent analytical skills
