Project Finance Representative

Job Summary

AECOM is seeking to recruit an experienced Finance Business Partner to provide financial insight, direction and guidance to the WA business. As part of your role you will form a supportive relationship with the Group Director and leadership team, drive financial awareness and acumen through the business lines. This role represents a fantastic opportunity to undertake a key role and genuinely influence the performance of the business.

Minimum Requirements

You will be an accountant with previous experience in a finance partnering role. Your ability to communicate effectively and strong interpersonal skills will enable you to build solid relationships and provide a high level of support to your key stakeholders. You will have a flexible and solutions focused attitude that will enable you to flourish in this role. You will enjoy working autonomously, yet be part of a larger finance team across regions in Australia.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a finance business partnering role, with demonstrated experience developing relationships with operational leaders (and other internal/external clients) and influencing business decisions and outcomes
  • Previous experience working in a project environment within engineering, construction or related industries preferable
  • Demonstrated strong commercial business acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to embrace change and adapt quickly to a rapidly changing working environment

This role is suitable for a professional who prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and support whilst driving business performance and outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Accounting/Commerce/Finance degree or similar
  • CA/CPA qualified.
