AECOM’s Easing Sydney’s Congestion program are currently looking for a Document Control Manager to join their complex construction program from a busy Parramatta project office. This will be a fixed term contract to start as soon as possible.

The Role

The primary purpose of this role is to manage the process and adherence by the project team in the storage and management of all project documentation. You will be managing the document version and revision control, information security which includes access, retrieval, editing and distribution requirements. As well as document and communication compliance with contract requirements to ensure consistency and compliance with corporate document and records management requirements.

This position will suit someone who has a previous background in State or Federal Government and possesses high level coordination and time-management skills.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience as a Document Controller in large organziation

  • High level of skill in coordinating and maintaining a document management system.

  • High level of time management, communication and organisational skills.

  • Substantial software application skills in relation to document and data management (databases, drawing management systems etc.).

  • Substantial skill in the delivery of project administration support within an engineering team.

  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.

  • TfNSW technical specifications and standards and the NSW State Records Act is highly desirable

  • Prior experience working in a similar capacity on large infrastructure projects is desirable
