Kate Wilkie
As an Executive and Career Coach I specialise in helping women successfully transition back to work after a career break, make desired career changes and develop their leadership skills.
I have extensive coaching experience across the corporate, healthcare, not-for-profit, and education sectors complemented by my prior career in Recruitment and Human Resource Management.
My clients tell me that our coaching sessions have helped them to:
- Build confidence and greater resilience to cope with stress and challenge
- Feel better equipped to manage work-life balance with the expectations of their role
- Successfully adjust to the return to work
- Identify highly valued goals and strive to achieve them
- Understand and leverage their key performance strengths
I hold a Masters in Coaching Psychology and keep up to date with research relevant to successful change and development. I make sure I translate the science into practical personalised strategies.
As part of our coaching sessions, my clients consider the ways in which their values will drive motivation and performance and I help them to identify the key personal strengths which will empower them. I encourage women to dream about what they want their future to be and then support them to plan and take positive action to achieve and sustain their goals.
I'm a member of the International Coach Federation and the Career Development Association of Australia and follow their competency and ethical frameworks.
