I believe women don't have to choose between professional and personal happiness. But our modern life makes it challenging to obtain both, and give ourselves permission to have it.
I help women at mid-career who are ready for a change in their work life. They want to spend their time in a more fulfilling role, in a way that works with the rest of their life. I’m passionate about helping them being the best version of themselves by leveraging their mindset, personal confidence and their strengths.
As a coach I see women transform their lives from being in a place of uncertainty, stress, confusion or putting others first, to being re-energised and excited about their own career. Having been from the fast corporate lane into a new, more meaningful and flexible career myself, I can guide women to do the same.
Our work together focuses on:
- creating clarity for their next step or return to work - knowing the 'what' and the 'how' to get there
- working on the thoughts and fears that hold them back
- defining the best practical strategy to experience a successful transition and achieve balance
I specifically help women returning to work to rebuild their confidence, refresh their professional skills and manage their time optimally.
With clients I draw on my extensive business experience (17+ years across FMCG, automotive, luxury, beauty), coaching skills, dedicated techniques to define their next step, and my in-depth knowledge around mindset, personal development and effectiveness. My style is very ‘real’, supportive and gently pushing.
Successfully balancing a part-time job, a business and a family gives me the tools to help other women get their own balance right. My French-Australian background translates into a coaching approach to work-life balance that is both achievable and empowering.
