We appreciate that every person who joins us will have their own unique set of needs and desires and that these may change throughout their career with us.

We have designed a suite of Benefits that enable you to 'pick' the ones that are of benefit to YOU and will enhance your employment experience with us.

We believe in listening to our staff and trying to accommodate what they want – sometimes it's those little things that can make a big difference to how you feel about where you are coming to work. Have a look at what we know we 'must have' for you, and what YOU might think is just 'nice to have'.

The "Must Haves"

Competitive Salaries – we are constantly reviewing the market and our competitors to ensure that we are providing more than competitive salaries based on experience and the role.

Career Development – we know that staying focused on career development is the number one request of all of our staff. Our Success Pathways are individual and goal oriented and we have various mediums (both internal and external) via which career development goals can be realised.

On the Job Support – Our staff tell us they thrive on one-on-one supervision. This gives them the confidence to do their job in the knowledge there is someone that they can turn to for assistance.

We want our staff to feel they have support when they need it but they are also empowered to be self-directed.

Flexible Working Arrangements – There are many reasons our staff may need access to these arrangements. Whether you are trying to juggle work with kids, study commitments, exercise training regimes, commuting requirements, a partners work commitments or other obligations and priorities, you can discuss with your manager way to modify your workload, hours of work and assistance required at work to make sure that you can get the best balance possible.

We are also fully 'work from home' enabled.

Professional Development – We take a personal view of each staff members development needs.

We are unlike other companies that have a set dollar value per employee for professional development. We prefer instead to take a holistic view of our staff development needs.

We synthesise our staff development requirements to identify areas where we can optimise training opportunities across the organization, thereby ensuring that as many staff as possible have the ability to leverage the opportunity.

We also leverage on-line learning opportunities. Most of all, we take great pleasure in watching our staff grow and we will support this in whichever way we can.

We have funded staff members undertaking subsequent degrees, sent them interstate to learn from others or set up internal/sourced external courses to suit individual needs.

Internal Opportunities – As we track your career development, we will support and encourage you to take next steps in your career. That may involve a role in a different division of the Group or even an interstate relocation.

We are committed to developing the talented people within our business. We advertise most positions internally prior to undertaking external recruitment steps so that we can give our managers the opportunity to promote from within where possible and give staff the chance to 'step up' to a new challenge.

The 'Nice to Haves'

Novated Leases – this is what our staff have to say about the use of Novated Leases:

Justin: What I do love about my lease (again besides the fact I have new car) is that everything is taken care of in terms of ongoing costs. My rego, insurance, fuel and maintenance are all factored into the payments and spread out over the course of the year so I don't need to find a lump sum of money when rego and insurance come round or the vehicle needs new tyres.

I have found novated leasing to work really well... I love that it was quite easy to set up and that everything is taken care of, car services ,fuel, registration all come out of the fund.

Overall it reduces taxable income so depending on individual financial circumstances that can be a definite plus at tax time.

Coffee Machines and Fresh Fruit at every site.

Personal Health Programs – (this varies based on the teams health needs), and may include Personal Training assistance, gym membership subsidy, on site massages, on site pilates.

Having Fun – We recognise that a job that involves assisting others can be rewarding and satisfying. It can also bring challenges. We choose people to work with who don't mind a laugh, and will really make work a fun environment as this makes it a far richer place to spend a third of your life!

Employee Assistance Program – when times are tough and you need a bit of extra support we provide a comprehensive and confidential EAP.

Staff Link Up – We pay you a bonus if you refer a new employee to us.

Psychology Supervision (if a Probationary Registered Psych) as part of your salary package we will pay for Psychology supervision.

Accommodating Disability – We are working really hard on becoming a disability confident employer. We have recently put together a Disability Action Plan which combined with other internal supports will ensure that people with a disability can easily work for us.
