What we offer

VFMC

Our culture

VFMC aspires to be an extraordinary team delivering market leading, long-term returns.

Our ambition is to develop a culture of leadership, responsibility and a work environment that is inclusive, values diversity and provides development opportunities to our people that will enable them to do their best work every day.

Every two years we participate in an organisation health survey. Our 2016-17 result of Top Quartile of institutional investor community reflects the culture and engagement of our people.

Our People Strategy

VFMC is a high performing organisation focussed on the delivery of marketing leading long-term results for clients.

It’s important that we provide a compelling employment offer to attract, develop and retain outstanding people.

The VFMC People Strategy aligns with, and underpins the successful execution of, our Strategic Business Plan (2020 Strategy). A key deliverable of our People Strategy is Performance and Reward, ensuring our people have tailored development plans as a way of building deeper, cross functional capability.

Diversity and inclusion

Our People Strategy strongly supports diversity and inclusion as a way of being. Our Board and Leadership Teams have balanced gender diversity composition.

Our ongoing commitment is to provide a working environment that is free of gender, race, age, religious and sexual discrimination.

Organisational Health Index (OHI)

Every two years we participate in a Global Organisational Health Index (OHI) survey that compares employee and environmental health with other global institutional investors.

VFMC participated in Global OHI in 2016 and the results were top quartile compared to other global institutional investors

Before our participation in OHI, all VFMC people (including fixed term contractors) participated in a reputable global financial services employee engagement survey.

The results from this survey have been very positive (89% employee engagement) and above global high performing financial services organisations, while at the same time highlighting opportunities for further improvement.
