We have established Diversity and Inclusion Councils within each of our operations, to drive action that will make Transdev a truly inclusive place to work.

The employee councils have established a diversity mission statement for our business: "At Transdev, we are committed to providing a diverse and inclusive workplace, based on our shared values and in reflection of the communities we serve. As Journey Makers, our differences are our strengths." 

Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion is further displayed by our long term goals of

  • 50% appointment of females into our workforce by 2021
  • 40% appointment of younger candidates under 35 years of age by 2021
