I’ve never shopped at THE ICONIC, does that matter?

No….But it helps! Passion and deep understanding of our product are common themes amongst all of us who work at THE ICONIC. We are all about our Customers, so we do encourage you to at least browse through our site and get a feel for our Customer and Product Experience.

Can I apply even though I don’t live in Australia?

For specialized roles and the right candidate we are willing to Sponsor Employees on a 457 Visa to Work in Australia for up to 4 years. Read official info about 457 Visas Here.

I just submitted my application, what can I expect?

You put time and effort into applying, so our recruiting team will make sure we give your application the attention it deserves. We are very appreciative of the volume of people who are enthusiastic about working at THE ICONIC! Regrettably, we are not able to get back to unsuccessful candidates so in the event you do not hear from us after 14 days, do not lose faith, and feel free to apply for a position with THE ICONIC again in the future. What is the interview process like at THE ICONIC?

We like candidates to meet with a lot of our current team, to ensure that it is the right fit for us AND you. We like to think our process is uncompromising, some people call our process long – we call it thorough. It may involve taking a test, video interviewing, preparing a presentation or joining us for a social event.
