Peter joined Super Retail Group in January 2019 as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary where he leads the Legal, Secretariat and Compliance functions of the Group.
He was previously the Executive General Manager, Legal & Corporate Affairs at Caltex Australia Limited, where he was responsible for the Legal, Government Affairs, Corporate Communications, Internal Audit and Secretariat functions.
Peter has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW, and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD, Fontainebleau.
