Recognition

Our formal recognition initiatives are designed to recognise and acknowledge team member achievements and contributions towards our Company goals and in assisting us to ensure Super Retail Group is a great place to work for our team members. Some of these initiatives include:

  • Some of our customers like to recognise the great work team members do or the great service they have received. We like sharing these customer compliments with team members across the Group
