Megan Farrell is a strategic human resource professional with a track record of helping transform organizations through customer centricity, change management, employee engagement, leadership coaching and development, and building high performing teams. She has held senior positions in some of the most recognizable companies and organizations in the world as both an internal and external consultant.

Megan has carried over all of this experience to Nuix, where she is responsible for strategically partnering on the direction of the company over a wide range of people strategies. These include creating a culture of ownership and empowerment, ways of working that enhance productivity, as well as enabling Nuix to adapt and evolve to meet its accelerated growth through key talent acquisition initiatives. Megan holds a degree in adult education and numerous certifications that complement her collaborative and delivery-focused approach.
