A couple of days each week, Stephanie and Kirsten take time out to hit the corporate gym for a workout. Keeping fit is a vital part of their working week – and Stephanie believes it’s key to their success.
“Our health and wellbeing is important to us. Keeping our exercise routine gives us both the chance to clear our head and refocus our mind. Kirsten and I both attend late night teleconferences with our global colleagues and travel extensively for meetings with industry and government. It’s empowering to know we can get through our work and have the freedom to flex so we can incorporate our fitness priorities into our week and do something for ourselves – like ensuring a healthier future!”
