Diversity & Inclusion

Mercer

The challenges faced by Mercer’s 25,000 clients don’t fit neatly into any one category, and neither do our 20,000 colleagues ... we like it that way. At Mercer, we pride ourselves on having a diverse and inclusive culture, where different perspectives - professional and personal - are respected and welcomed.

At Mercer, diversity means:

Ongoing employee learning opportunitiesMercer offers colleagues a variety of diversity resources and learning opportunities, such as workshops and online courses, to promote awareness of diversity issues and increase competence in identifying, understanding and addressing those issues.

Business Resource Groups

Mercer's Business Resource Groups (BRGs) are made up of colleagues with a common identity who receive recognition and support by the company. These groups provide a forum for colleagues to network, share ideas and collaborate on programs important to the business and our clients. BRG activities foster understanding, inclusion, and innovation in the workplace. Members gain professional development and leadership opportunities that also help Mercer achieve its strategic business imperatives.

Our BRGs are open to all colleagues. They are:
