Our 70/20/10 model of learning recognizes how Associates learn best and helps make it happen. Here’s what we believe:
- 70 percent of your learning comes from giving you the opportunity to try things out for yourself, even if it means taking a few risks.
- 20 percent of your learning comes from the great people on your side, including mentors, managers and coaches.
- The final 10 percent is what you gain from leading-edge classes and courses, designed by our own experts as well as leading external institutions, such as Harvard University.
