Webster Holdings Pty Ltd (“MWH”) is 100% owned by Executive Chairman Malcolm Webster.

Webster Holdings has become synonymous with classic yet contemporary design. Based in Sydney, the group currently owns and manages two leading brands in the Australian and New Zealand fashion market place, overseeing design, manufacture, marketing and retailing of these two brands.


DAVID LAWRENCE

In January 2000 Webster Holdings acquired DAVID LAWRENCE, from the
Truworth Ltd South Africa Group. The brand designs and produces stylish, modern classic garments and accessories that are work wear oriented.

Webster Holdings have driven the brand to significant increases in market share. In 2004, DAVID LAWRENCE began expansion into the international market, with stores in New Zealand.

MARCS

MARCS was acquired by Webster Holdings in November 2006 from the Oroton
Group. The brand reflects the modern Australian lifestyle, and is a renowned
stockist of stylish wardrobe basics. The MARCS store interiors have been
designed with the customer in mind. Clean lined and minimalist, the architecturally designed stores create an environment that is directional and service
orientated. With a retail distribution across Australia and New Zealand.

PRESS OFFICE

The Webster Holdings Press Office manages public relations for David Lawrence, and Marcs. This hub of media activity has a constant stream of
fashion editors and journalists visiting to view the latest collections.


SHANGHAI, CHINA

In 2003 Webster Holdings expanded its operations internationally,
opening a facility in Shanghai, China. The facility provides the group with the
opportunity to access superior and competitive service in Northern China, and
services all areas of the design and manufacture chain for all brands
including: pattern cutting; sampling; fabric sourcing; quality assurance

control and finished goods warehousing. The MWH China Factory is a 100% Wholly Owned Foreign Entity (WOFE).
