Q: How long has JLL been in Australia?

Q: What hours will I work?

A: Depending on the role, the number of hours that an employee works will vary. A full-time employee will work a minimum of 37.5 hours per week, whereas a part-time employee will work the hours they are contracted to work. For casual employees there is no guarantee of hours, so the hours can vary according to business demand from 0-37.5 hours per week.

Q: Do you have flexible working hours?

A: We have flexible work practices policy that encompasses part time, job share and casual arrangements.

Q: Can you relocate overseas?

A: We have a program called International Staff Exchange. This program identifies high performance individuals and supports a one year international secondment to Europe, America or Asia Pacific and exposes our people to markets outside Australia. The aim of this program is to expand participants’ knowledge of international market conditions and business practices. We have welcomed back many internal exchange program participants into our Australian business, often with a promotion and increased responsibilities.

Q: What happens after I apply for a position?

A: After you submit your online application we will send you an automated email response, confirming receipt of your submission. Your application will be reviewed by the Careers Centre and if successful you will be contacted. If you are not successful, we will retain your resume in our database. Should a future position match your skill-set, a Careers Centre team member will contact you.
