Community involvement

At HLB Mann Judd, we believe we have a responsibility to contribute to and support the community.

We support a number or organisations throughout Australia via internal fundraisers and participation in charitable events such as Jeans for Genes day, Movember and The Biggest Aussie Pie night. These organisations include:

Our member firms are also working towards reducing their impact on the environment and climate change. Our Melbourne firm has established an Environmental and Sustainability Committee to implement an environmentally-responsible policy in its firm. This involves looking at its processes, practices and infrastructure and will lead to a range of carbon reduction and offset measures.

Since the committee’s inception, the Melbourne firm has switched to 100% green power reducing the firm’s carbon emission from electricity consumption to zero. It has also been certified as a Waste Wise organisation (Silver level); having completed the requirements of Sustainability Victoria’s Waste-Wise Business efficiency program.
Silver certification recognises that the Melbourne firm has been successful in implementing a range of activities to reduce and minimise environmental impacts of its business activities. These have included:
