I work as Executive Assistant for three of our Executive Team Leaders. It's my job to coordinate their schedules to ensure their days run smoothly so they have time to focus on growing our business.

Supporting three executives means I work across several departments, so I need to be constantly considering what's going on in each of the other teams. It's a fast-paced environment but being organised and able to think outside the square makes busy days easier.

My managers are all extremely knowledgeable and have been more than happy to show me the ropes. They've provided guidance to help me understand my role and, importantly, how my work contributes to the bigger picture.

The things I enjoy most about working at Guild are the people I work with and the variety of the work - no two days are ever the same. I also love that I get plenty of constructive feedback and appreciation.

I started at Guild because the organisation's vision and values really resonated with me. I knew from the start that Guild is a business that not only cares about its customers and its employees, but has a clear direction about where it's heading.

I have no hesitation in recommending Guild as a fantastic place to work - the people here are friendly and helpful and there's a great vibe around the office.

My advice for anyone considering joining us here at Guild is to be flexible and to look for opportunities to take on work outside your role - you never know where it will take you!
