Our different nationalities, viewpoints, languages, experience levels and life stories reflect that of contemporary Australia. This means we’re well placed to listen and learn, so we can earn our place as Australia’s most iconic car company.

A microcosm of Australia

In one sense, Holden is a microcosm of Australia – one of the most diverse nations in the world. And that’s why we’re so passionate about things like gender parity, LGBT+ rights, and Indigenous, cross-generational and disability issues. We’re working hard to create an inclusive culture in which everyone can thrive, both inside Holden and in the broader community. We’ve still got a long way to go – but we’re making great progress.
