FlexCareers is changing the way careers work. Our careers platform leverages game-changing technology to connect talented individuals with progressive employers offering flexible work.
Our initial focus was the 2.1 million qualified and experienced women in Australia and New Zealand that are unable to fully participate in the workforce due to a lack of workplace flexibility and outdated policies. Our vision was to create a future where women are able to fully contribute to the economic success of this generation, and inspire the next.
But we also understood from the outset that to effect real change, we need to bring about a future where men and women have equal opportunities to achieve the work-life integration that works for them, rather than one imposed upon them by outdated gender norms.
Over the last three years, we've built a talent community of over 55,000 (85% women) and we attract 150-200 new members daily. We help people find amazing roles with progressive employers - and our employer partners really are some of the best!
But we are not just filling jobs...FlexCareers is helping to create workplaces of the future. As experts in workplace flexibility and gender diversity, we offer training, coaching and strategic consulting services, and we have a strong track record in Return to Work and Parental Leave program delivery.
