In addition to the Knowledge Network, DuluxGroup supports NAWO's Internship Program. DuluxGroup intern, Carly, describes her experiences working in supply chain process improvement for Dulux Acratex:

"the most valuable thing I've leaned from my experience is to be inquisitive about how a process affects everyone involved... and how best to use resources to drive improvement that provides clear value and plays to the strengths of the people who drive the processes everyday."

DuluxGroup are delighted that Carly has since accepted a role on the 2018 DuluxGroup Graduate Program.
