Performance Based Incentive Schemes
We have several performance based incentive schemes.
These may include:

Frontline Sales Incentive Scheme (FSIS) - This industry competitive incentive scheme is open to all non-managerial sales employees and rewards our people for exceeding sales budgets and customer service standards.

Short Term Incentive Plan (STI) - Directly aligned to individual, team and company performance, this annual incentive plan recognises and rewards excellence for eligible executive employees.

Flexible Salary Arrangements
We offer eligible employees the choice to salary sacrifice a number of benefits such as (but not limited to) superannuation contributions, novated vehicle leases and car parking.

Employee Discount
In joining David Jones you will be eligible to receive our instore employee discount. In addition, where eligible, our employees may take up the David Jones American Express Staff Card.

Employee Assistance Program
We have an Employee Assistance Program that provides support twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, for our employees and their immediate family members.

Lifestyle BenefitsWe have a number of convenience based, discounted benefits which have been set up for our employees’ ease of access. These offers vary from time to time but may include discounted gym memberships, mobile phone plans, car rentals, accommodation and private health insurance.

Recognition
In addition to rewarding our employees through remuneration and benefits we strive to recognise and reward their outstanding performance and achievements as well as their loyalty. This is done via our Company Excellence Award Program and Stores recognition programs. These programs recognise, on a company wide basis, significant individual and team performance through a number of awards.
