"Working flexibly means working in different work locations for me, and it has never been an issue for me or my team.

I ensure the team knows where I am and where I'm working from, and I'm available on mobile and email if necessary. 

I also work flexibly by getting to work early most days so that I can leave at a reasonable time in the afternoon, which assists in avoiding peak-hour traffic."
