  • part-time work
  • compressed working hours
  • purchased leave (of up to four weeks per year)
  • paid parental leave (over and above legislative entitlements)
  • continuation of certain benefits including superannuation during unpaid parental leave
  • timeout and career break, and
  • job sharing.
