Being a designer at Atlassian means crafting meaningful experiences that are used by millions of people every day. Through elegant design, we let people focus on their work; not their tools.

We believe that experience-led companies provide the best products to people. We put customers and their stories first: we listen, learn, build, and evaluate. Our design and product teams are experience-led in everything we do.

We are designers first and foremost, but as a team we're a merry band of artists and writers, tinkerers and thinkers, makers and doers—and we love what we do.
