ASX Group offers a variety of initiatives that allow employees to engage in social, charitable and professional initiatives such as:

Employee Leisure and Lifestyle Benefits Program

ASX Group have teamed up with Australia’s leading employee benefits provider to offer ASX Group employees a wide range of lifestyle and financial benefits designed to save employees both time and money. These benefits cover entertainment, shopping, well-being and professional, home, car and travel services.

Employee Social Committee

The social committee co-ordinates a range of activities throughout the year including a family fun day, staff drinks, trivia nights and lawn bowls - all culminating in the end of year Christmas party.

Employee Sports

The sports committee co-ordinates group events and assists with entry fees in corporate games, fun runs etc.

Salary Continuance Insurance

ASX Group provides eligible staff with salary continuance insurance, which may provide financial support to staff who incur extended periods of absence from work through sickness or accident, where other leave payments have been exhausted.

Professional Memberships

Eligible staff can seek funding approval for memberships or registered professional bodies.

ASX Group Education Assistance Program

To help staff obtain the knowledge and skills required to be successful in their current role, and to achieve longer-term career goals, ASX Group provides company-sponsored access to ongoing education. This can include professional and/or technical qualifications or certification.

Paid Parental Leave

Employees can benefit from 16 weeks paid parental leave for the primary carer, plus if eligible, goverment-funded 18 weeks paid parental leave. The secondary carer is entitled to 4 weeks paid parental leave, plus if eligible, 2 weeks unpaid leave in order to access the Government funded "Dad and Partner Pay".

In addition, ASX will also continue to make Superannuation contributios for the period of parental leave up to a maximum of 52 weeks.

Breastfeeding Friendly Workplace

ASX is an accredited Breastfeeding Friendly Workplace. As part of this initiative, facilities are available for employees who require lactation breaks and are able to access up to one hour's paid leave per day.

Salary Packaging

This includes the opportunity to package a motor vehicle of your choice through a novated lease arrangement and the opportunity to salary-sacrifice into superannuation.

Confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Offering a range of counselling, support and advisory services, free to all employees and their families, 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

ASX Group Workplace Giving

One important part of the ASX in the community program is the Workplace givingscheme, which allows employees to contribute to a range of charitable groups via pre-tax giving. ASX Group matches personal donations through Workplace Giving on a dollar-for-dollar basis.
