What triggered us

Back in 2005, a software developer and two accountants were involved in an M&A deal of their own.

They needed a virtual data room, but found themselves frustrated by the products in the market.

They joined forces with an entrepreneur, who set out to interview numerous equally frustrated dealmakers and find out what was most important to them.

As a team, they set out to make something significantly and remarkably better. Three of these four founding members still play an active role in the company today.
