Head of Digital
Our Head of Digital is responsible for the end to end performance of the digital aspects for all Youfoodz enterprise brands. You will develop and implement the online strategy from performance media to platform innovation. Your aim is to lead the team to deliver a first-class customer experience across all digital channels with a strong focus on customer acquisition, engagement and conversion.
You are a visionary who can maximise opportunities through marketing and innovation to deliver aggressive growth targets.

- Strong experience across online optimisation and enhancement of digital platforms (SEO, SEM)
- Thorough knowledge of digital channels including, Web Design and Development, UX, CMS platforms, Social Media, web metrics and analysis, search & display advertising, mobile, email, CRM.
- Develop and oversee the rollout and execution of the business roadmap and strategies across Digital Platforms and channels.
- Develop a Digital marketing team to become a next level award winning online shopping destination to the next level, using best practise processes, tools, SAAS, and solutions.
- Manage and lead a team to execute and evaluate customer acquisition campaigns in paid search, SEO, display, affiliate, social media and email channels
- Owning and driving the commercial performance of the website, the ecommerce strategy and roadmap.
- Work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to provide strategic leadership for the Youfoodz Enterprise digital channels.
- Make data driven decisions to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points to provide detailed ROI analysis and propose best practices or efficiencies for continuous improvement.
- Drive the management of all multi-channel website performances, maximising digital conversion, multi device strategy and overall optimisation;
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Improve the customer experience to increase lifetime value, engagement, loyalty and retention
- Work with the Head of Marketing to develop effective campaigns and marketing strategies for all digital channels with in the business.
- Work with the Head of Performance Media to optimise performance media channels and find new innovative ways of reaching our customers.
To be successful you this role you must have;
- Marketing, Media or Advertising Degree or relevant qualification.
- Passion for eCommerce, website development, app development and technological innovation.
- 5+ year digital management experience within an E-commerce environment
- A broad digital background with experience of online retail optimisation
- Experience with Shopify
