About the role

This is a role for someone who loves working with a team! In this role, you will work with your team to support the delivery of our products (bulk fuel and bitumen) to our customers. You will utilise your eye for detail as you review and reconcile delivery paperwork and invoices, and resolve queries. This opportunity will develop your curiosity, as you monitor business processes and operational performance and look for ways to improve to ensure we provide the best possible service to our customers. Most importantly, you will enjoy people, as you communicate regularly with our external partners and team to ensure our deliveries take place safely, accurately and on time.

You love the challenge of thinking outside the box and coming up with innovative solutions. And you will have great communication skills. Ideally, you have strong administrative experience, and if you’ve worked in back-office processing and stock & invoice reconciliation, that would be desirable (but not essential). You will have a high level of initiative and a proactive attitude. We are looking for people who can demonstrate a passion for safety and have the confidence to speak up when something isn’t right.
